"Zero customer service"
I needed warranty service on my Gutter Helmet system. If you call them for service, you will wait days for a return call. I had to leave at least 5 messages and finally got a call back. They said it was a $50 fee to have a serviceman come out and they would call to schedule. I paid the $50 and it's now over a month and no one called me to schedule. When I call to ask what is going on, they send me to a voice mail, and no one again calls back. This company is the worst to deal with for any type of service. They were quick to take my money, but now it seems I'm on my own to clean and service their product. So much for a lifetime warranty! I probably won't live long enough to see them service it.

"Gutter Helmet System Beware"
After many calls and promises, the company simply never came by the house to fix the problem and does not provide free maintenance per agreement. Ever since the installation I have reported issues with the gutter helmet system, of inefficient flow levels causing water to drip through whole gutter line but now is even worse with the low temperatures, the water inside has frozen inside the gutter not allowing drainage to flow downpipe. After much consideration this very high-cost system does not work, beware!

They lie, cover up and then just cancel your warranty because thet want to. I have pictures that disprove their pictures in my hand ans save their product for review.

"Gutter Helmet is Trash!!!"
The installation was done in a few years by 2 Jamaican dudes that did a horrible job. Water has been leaking into my window for 6 months now. Ripped the helmets off and found about 2" of compost topsoil. Downspout completely clogged 100%. Terrible overpriced trash product. Would recommend to leak lovers

"Works good at first.... but there is an opening, leaves clog the gutter"
you try to call the company, and go figure... out of business, I spent alot of money on a little bit of nothing. Gutters are clogged because of Gutter Helmet.

"Gutters"
I had new gutters and downspouts put on my house about 2 years now and a lot of places still don't drain right had a guy come out to try to fix problem but didn't. I have videos of the very bad leaking with every rain and also bad leaks in winter and it drains on my steps which turns into thick ice. Nobody answers or calls me back to try to fix problem anymore. I spent a lot of money I need this problem fixed.

"Flat roof installation"
Really crap company. In the 1 year we have had a roof installed by GH it has leaked into our house just about every time it rains. It not is causing ceiling and sheetrock damage and is now leaking at a AC outlet, so now possibly a safety issue. GH was quick to come get a check for the service, but now can't seem to repair their messed up job.

"Waiting 8+ weeks for repairs"
Gutter Helmet was quick to install but if you need a repair, prepare to wait a very long time. It's been two months since the neighbors tree ripped off the corner of our gutter/guard and Gutter Helmet still has not scheduled our repair job. Our calls go unanswered. There is no customer loyalty with this company.

"Gutter Helmet does not work for me"
The Gutter Helmet product has not been effective for me. My yard has a significant number of trees that produces pollen. The pollen and creases in the Gutter Helmets causes significant debris to gather on my gutters after heavy rains every year. I call Harry Helmet to come out to clean the pollen off of the Gutter Helmet every year. However, they do not give a scheduled time (just say they will call me the day before service). However, they do not clean the gutters themselves so I have to have the outside of the gutters cleaned separately--which would have been less than having the leaves from the gutters every year.
