"Huge Ripoff"
Ripoff! False advertising! High pressure salesmen! Don't believe leafguard's ridiculous cartoon commercials showing pine needles jumping straight up in the air with green leaves shooting straight out as if jet propelled. Totally bogus! That's why they made it a cartoon and can't show you actual real life gutters. These extremely deceptive commercials are sucking in unknowing customers for their overpriced gutters that don't perform as shown. These guy's are pure crooks. How can pine needles jump up in the air and green leaves, which really don't fall, do as shown? They can't!

"Gutters"
Said they would be at home by noon and did not arrive until after 3. They did not finish installing until after midnight. They did most of the installing after dark. They left a lot of nails and mess that I had to clean and messed up some of my plants and flowers. The gutters were not installed as I was told and some not how or in places that I wanted. Some of the gutters and downspouts are not straight and have dents.

I did not have an opportunity to have a system installed, because the customer service was awful. The estimate was much higher than expected, the representative adjusted the numbers to make it look like savings, and on top of this, they told me I could only pay cash. My question is why is a company this size not willing to take a check, especially when you are talking about five thousand dollars! when I complained they made excuses.

"Won't honor guarantee"
I have had LeafGuard gutters for several years and each year they have come out to unclog my gutters per their guarantee and agreement. This year I was told they don't service this area. I reported this to the BBB and they didn't even have to curtesy to respond to them. I spent over $2000 on these gutters because of quality and guarantee. It is false advertising and horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend LeafeGuard, North Texas to anyone.

"LeafGuard doesn't work on roof valley"
LeafGuard works unless your roof has a valley. That inside corner always overflows in heavy rain. After I complained, LeafaGuard installed a little barrier on that roof corner. It helps just a little.

"Bad investment"
Customer service is great, but the product doesn't work if your roof has a slope. Every time it rains more than a drizzle, the water builds up so much speed coming down the roof that it shoots right off the "helmet" and creates a swamp around the foundation of my house. If you'll pardon the pun; That was $9,000 down the tubes.

The ads on tv are misleading and smarmy. I purchased Leaf Guard a few years ago. Although they work fine when there is no snow, in the winter ice jams form and I have to get on a ladder to remove the icicles & ice jams. Leaf Guard is the most expensive gutter system on the market and definitely not worth it. I regret buying them. Do NOT buy this product!

Had gutters installed 2 years ago. Nothing but icejams since. Now the roof is leaking. So sorry I talked my husband into this. Don't make same mistake!

These are the most expensive rip off I ever have come across, they are worthless, I am so sorry I every had them installed I had to have mother contractor tack them down and installed a better brand it has cost me. Lot of money because of the inferior product

"Poor installation"
I had my gutters done September last year and it was still under warranty for labor installation. The gutter was poorly install and I'm still having the same problem with my gutters and leafgaurd have created a new problem with the downspout install installation The water is not flowing properly, into the gutter and it running off between the shingles and the gutter and flowing down the walls of my house and the water is backing up from the downspout. I called leafgaurd about the issue since early August because I finally had proof of the issue and to date Nov 1st/2020 they have not showed up for the repairs. It cost me $3900 and I could have gotten the job done for $2600 with another company. Be very careful using this company because it very expensive and they do not care about you after they are paid. I have contacted the company head office in the US and Canada but no one is trying to resolve this issue. Now I'm having even bigger problems with water damages to my property since it's raining a lot. Very frustrated and angry with this company.
