"I feel bamboozled"
I had a different brand of gutter guards up north and I was very pleased for 20 years. When I moved south, I decided to go w leaf filter. I had the same slimely sales tactic used of quoting an exorbitant price and then coming down to still a premium price. I found out their "Lifetime Fully Transferable Warranty" is not much of a warranty at all. It covers just about NOTHING and you have to pay them $95 just to come out to inspect them! I repeatedly asked the phone rep exactly what does the warranty cover and she couldn't tell me! She just kept repeating that it was a "Lifetime Fully Transferable Warranty" but not about things it actually covers. I really feel like I was taken for a ride. So much for the "models" on their TV ads trying to portray themselves as as something they are not. (trust me the guy who came out looked nothing like who they portray in their advertising)

"Gutter guards"
Crooks, I got an estimate from them (leaf filter) to install gutter guards only, gutters are in good condition. I have 177 ft of gutters, just to Install gutters guards I was given an estimate of $12,389.00, I have a 2 story house on a slab.In my opinion their a bunch of thieves.

"Don't waste your money"
Installed leaf filter spring 2023. Waterfall began immediately. Four service visits later informed me it was my roofs fault not enough slope to wash off crud on screen. Also screens were installed upside down. Four service calls didn't figure that out? Now fall. And waterfall is worse than old gutters. Still have to go on roof and clean off gutters. Don't waste your money. In spring screens will clog with oak tree sprouts and you will be on the roof cleaning them. Worked ok in summer, now clogged with leaves in the falll.

"Terrible Product"
Terrible product and company... we had Niagara Falls from the sides of our roof after installing Leaf Filter. The holes are so small, the water can't get through them fast enough. They came and installed these hideous guards to redirect the water. They now have whirlybird birds and leaves, so the whole point of not having to clean your gutter... well now we have to clean those. We got water in our basement due to the Niagara Falls out the sides of out hose. Also, they installed them in the winter and we had icicles all around the house which we had never had before. we called the National number and asked to have them removed and we wanted our money back. We were told they the would remove them and give us our money back, but the local company would call us. They have come over three times to do different "tests" and it doesn't seem like we will get any money back according to the "regional manager" here in DM. DO NOT get these! I wish we would have investigated a bit further before putting these on and spending over $4700. FYI... There is also a class action lawsuit against this company in Illinois.

"Total Sham"
What a wast of money, and the run around to get any thing done is just terrible. What company caulks cardboard into your gutter. This company should be put out of business. The use of sub contractors and there install is terrible. I wish I could post pictures, PLEASE PLEASE Do not waste your money on a sham of a system!!!!!!

"May work for leaves but not with pine trees"
The product is very sturdy and could work in some cases. There are two problem in my case the first being the installer that did my roof was not a trained professional and damaged one of my gutters, which I'll now have to replace. The problem is the gutter will never clog because the covering of pine needles keep the water out. I would not recomend this product if you live around pine trees. BTW the unprofessional sales preson told me pine needles would not be a problem.

"Product is good, sales/service is not"
The product itself works quite well, but just try and get them to come out to fix something. They hardly ever answer the phone. If you leave a message, they don't call back. When I finally got them to schedule an appointment, they were a no show.

"Read the wording!"
I did not buy this product because: the salesman quoted $6,000 to start, and eventually came down all the way to $1200 as special deal! Also, the ads for the product state that you will never have to clean the INSIDE of your gutters again. No guarantees against buildup of debris on top of the filter and dirt streaming down the outside of the gutter because the filter is plugged with gunk. Also, the high-pressure sales tactics are disgusting! I would never deal with this company for any reason.

"Piece of crap"
We did buy their products and results are totally Negative. Sales person promised we won't expend a penny moving forward as everything was covered and guaranteed by Leaf gutter. Paid almost 7,000.00. Now they want us to pay for everything, our gutters are leaking, clogged and customer service never responded. Just wanted to return all products but they did want to return our money. So dissatisfied!!

"Installation"
To be frank, I can't even comment about the product because the actual installation was so sloppy that I had another company come in right away to remove leaf filter and replace. The got caulking everywhere and all you had to do was look at the guard to see it was installed badly. First heavy rain and the water gushed over the side of the gutter. In addition, I have since discovered that I paid way too much.....my fault for not getting optional quotes. Lesson learned.
